この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、「iMons for Android」（以下、「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様は、本規約に同意のうえ本アプリをご利用ください。

1. 適用範囲

本規約は、本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザーに適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. サービスの内容とGoogle Drive連携

本アプリは、情報閲覧およびデータ保存の補助機能を提供します。

  • データの保存: ユーザーは本アプリの機能を利用し、自身のGoogle Driveへデータを保存することができます。
  • 自己責任の原則: Google Driveへのデータ保存はユーザー自身の責任において行われるものであり、保存されたデータについて本アプリおよび開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
  • プライバシー保護: 保存されたデータはユーザー個人のGoogle Driveにのみ存在し、本アプリ開発者や他の第三者からアクセスされることはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

3. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  • 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
  • 本アプリのサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
  • 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
  • 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
  • その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

4. 免責事項

開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。

開発者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。Google Drive等の外部サービスの仕様変更や障害により本アプリの一部機能が利用できなくなった場合でも、同様とします。

5. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本ページに掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

6. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions of use for "iMons for Android" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). By using this App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Content and Google Drive Integration

The App provides auxiliary functions for browsing information and saving data.

  • Data Saving: Users can utilize the App's features to save data to their own Google Drive.
  • Principle of Self-Responsibility: Saving data to Google Drive is done at the user's own risk, and neither the App nor its developers shall bear any responsibility for the saved data.

3. Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App:

  • Acts violating laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activity
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the server or network functions of the App
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
  • Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information concerning other users
  • Acts of impersonating other users
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the developers

4. Disclaimer

The developers do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that the App is free of factual or legal defects (including flaws, errors, bugs, or rights infringements relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).

The developers take no responsibility for any damage caused to the user arising from this App. This also applies if some functions of the App become unavailable due to specification changes or failures in external services like Google Drive.

5. Changes to the Terms

The developers may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. The amended Terms of Service shall become effective from the time they are posted on this page.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

开发者对因本应用给用户造成的任何损害不承担任何责任。即使由于 Google Drive 等外部服务的规格变更或故障导致本应用的部分功能无法使用，也是如此。

5. 条款的变更

如果开发者认为有必要，可以在不通知用户的情况下随时更改本条款。修改后的使用条款自发布在本页面之日起生效。

6. 适用法律与管辖法院

本条款的解释适用日本法律。如果就本应用发生争议，则专属管辖法院为开发者所在地具有管辖权的法院。

4. 면책 조항

개발자는 본 앱에 사실상 또는 법률상의 하자(안전성, 신뢰성, 정확성, 완전성, 유효성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 보안 등에 관한 결함, 오류나 버그, 권리 침해 등 포함)가 없음을 명시적으로도 묵시적으로도 보증하지 않습니다.

개발자는 본 앱으로 인해 사용자에게 발생한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다. Google Drive 등 외부 서비스의 사양 변경이나 장애로 인해 본 앱의 일부 기능을 이용할 수 없게 된 경우에도 동일합니다.

5. 약관의 변경

개발자는 필요하다고 판단되는 경우, 사용자에게 통지하지 않고 언제든지 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 이용약관은 본 페이지에 게시된 시점부터 효력을 발생합니다.

6. 준거법 및 재판관할

본 약관의 해석에 관해서는 일본법을 준거법으로 합니다. 본 앱과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우에는 개발자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속적 합의 관할로 합니다.
